This is how I track coach time, signups, and inevitably process their payroll utilizing direct deposit.

Coach Signup Sheet
Allow coaches to sign up for additional coaching opportunities and track how much they get paid for each pay period

Hours tracking & direct deposit
Add the additional hours into the payroll along with coaches bi-monthly salary for direct deposit through accounting software
3
Add incentives
Add additional apps/services, such as a 401k, that syncs with all of your other accounting information and helps extend the lifetime of a coach in your club
